Candidate Forum for Congressional Candidates from District 6

The forum will be broadcast live and repeated on channel 19 and on the website: carrollcountytv.org. The public is invited to the taping which will take place at 7 p.m., August 11, at the Community Media Center, 1301 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157.

Deadline to Change Party Affiliation

Voter Registration Closes for Primary

Visit your local Board of Elections (http://www.elections.state.md.us/about/county_boards.html) or go to the Maryland Board of Elections (http://www.elections.state.md.us/voter_registration/index.html) on or before this date to register. Voter registration will reopen on Monday, 27 September 2010.

Early Voting for Primary

(Closed on Sunday) Primary Election Day is Tuesday, Sep 14; the polls open at 7 a.m. on that day.

Last Day to Request Absentee Ballot by Mail for Primary 2010

After September 7, you can still request an absentee ballot by going IN PERSON to your local Board of Elections.
